Christina (or “Mooch”) has been an entrepreneur for just over 10 years, building both product, service oriented and brick and mortar businesses. After graduating from Bucknell University, she was awarded top sales rep year over year for her 5 years in corporate america. She soon recognized her growth was capped so decided to make her own “corporate setting” and founded an online business which in the first 13 months hit the 7 figure mark. Her passion lies the leadership, personal development and ultimately in the community at large.

Brian is an intuitive professional with expertise in leading highly successful teams in complex and challenging circumstances which allows him to support a wide variety of executives as well as entrepreneurs. He is an expert presenter, negotiator, and relationship builder which are crucial tools for the Catalyst Community. At his core, Brian is authentic, open-minded, and loves to teach others how to step out of their comfort zone to find new levels of success.
Justin Wright
Justin's 15-year coaching journey began with a degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Boston College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His early career, rooted in health and wellness, saw him excel as a professional athlete. This athletic journey, spanning several elite teams, imbued him with essential leadership, goal-setting, and communication skills. These skills formed the foundation of Wright Coaching and Consulting where Justin applied his expertise across various industries, guiding teams to success.
Maureen Fitzgerald
Maureen has been leading, coaching, guiding, supporting and mentoring individuals and teams to achieve their goals for over 25 years. She spent much of her career leading large organizations within Institutional Asset Management Distribution teams. Her focus as a Senior Executive Leader and Manager has always been to bring teams together to work toward a common goal through clear communication and expectations. Maureen has most enjoyed coaching individuals to address challenges, improve communication skills, enhance decision-making abilities to become more effective leaders and drive better results.
